Cancellations, Exchange & Returns
According to our cancellation policy, you can cancel any order within 24 hours after placing the order, provided production has not begun; so that both of us do not face any inconvenience. Any cancellation request later than that shall not be allowed, as all our products are made to your required specifications, and cannot be cancelled. In case the item is shipped but not delivered, we won’t be able to entertain any cancellation. You will receive a refund in your account within 15 days of placing the cancellation order.
However, if you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement FREE OF COST (same amount as of previous product). If you want to exchange any item, you must inform us specifying reason for exchanging the item. If you want to exchange items, you should not use the product that has been delivered to you. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. All the items to be exchanged must be in their original condition with all original tags and packaging material. Then only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. You should protect it from getting damaged. Used goods will not be replaced or exchanged.
According to our return policy, footwear must have been purchased within 15 days and be in original condition (cannot have been worn outside and must be with ALL original packaging). We do not entertain partial retuning of goods and you will have to return the entire order placed with us while making the booking. You will be bearing all the shipment charges for returning the goods. An amount of 25% shall be deducted as returning charges and the balance amount will be credited to your account within 90 days of receipt of goods.
Once your return is received, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and if the product passes our quality checks, we will process the refund. But if the returned product does not pass our quality checks, we will return it back to you. It can take up to 15 days for you to receive your return. We take up to 2 days to process the request once we receive the product at our facility.
There are certain conditions where it is difficult for us to provide you exchange or return feature:
- Request is made outside the specified time frame.
- Product is damaged because of use or the product is not in the same condition as you received it.
- Any item which has been used.
- Anything missing from the package you had received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories, etc.
