What are juttis?
Juttis are handmade traditional Indian footwear usually having a pointed toe, which sets it apart from other footwear. These jutties generally have beautiful embroideries, which add the real glow to the footwear.
Can you customize the product according to our specifications?
The products are by default made exactly how they appear in the picture. In case you require certain changes in the design and color of the footwear, these can be customized as per your specifications, subject to a premium pricing and minimum order quantity in each style. Though we do not guarantee that all your specifications regarding design changes will be met, our artisans will work whole-heartedly to tailor your specifications with accuracy, and meet your required specifications, as long they are viable.
What if the jutti doesn’t fit as desired?
We produce all juttis as per standard shoe sizes. Before placing the order with us, you will need to find out your exact shoe size. Click here

I could not find any prices on your website. Why?
We do not entertain any retail sale from the website or otherwise. We are a manufacturer cum wholesaler of traditional Indian footwear – Jutties – with a minimum order quantity of 100 pair per style per color, though sizes can vary in the order. Contact us

Why do my feet hurt when wearing your jutties?
Have you ever heard that “things don't happen overnight” expression? You have been wearing highly elevated, supportive, and cushioned footwear for quite some time; please do not expect the transition to this traditional footwear to happen instantaneously. If you are just starting out, please remember that you may feel some discomfort when wearing our footwear for an extended period of time. Once your feet begin to strengthen and get used to the design of the shoe, that pain or discomfort should subside.
Can I make any changes to the order once it is confirmed?
For the standard styles & colors displayed on the website, you can make changes to your order provided production has not yet commenced or goods have not been dispatched if already in stock. However, for customized order, me produce every pair of footwear as per your specifications, and hence, no changes can be made once the order has been confirmed from your end.
How can I cancel my order?
The orders placed on our website can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Any later than that shall not be allowed, as all our products are made to your required specifications, and cannot be cancelled.
Your jutties are great, but I would like to return them. How do I go about doing that?
Are you sure? Well, if you are absolutely positive, then here is what we ask: Footwear must have been purchased within 15 days and be in original condition (cannot have been worn outside and must be with ALL original packaging). We do not entertain partial retuning of goods and you will have to return the entire order placed with us while making the booking. You will be bearing all the shipment charges for returning the goods. An amount of 25% shall be deducted as returning charges and the balance amount will be credited to your account within 90 days of receipt of goods.
Do you refund me for return shipping?
Well that depends, if there was an issue with the product, or a mistake that occurred on our end (you received the wrong size, color, two left shoes, etc.), then we will certainly cover the cost, otherwise we do not cover the return shipping.
What about the delivery schedule?
We would generally need 1-2 weeks to process the orders once they are ready for shipping. We would need an additional 4-5 weeks to deliver the goods to all international destinations. It is a good idea to keep 6 weeks in hand for delivery only while ordering products. In special cases, we can expedite the delivery process at an extra charge which can only be discussed over the email.
